Each group is an open group which means they may be joined at any time. Groups will be divided by age group and group focus. Initial screening will be required to assess if a potential member is a good fit.

Social Skills
A group that teaches youth how to interact with others
The primary goal is to teach individuals how to effectively communicate, initiate conversations, take turns, respond appropriately, and maintain positive relationships with peers
Groups typically use structured activities like role-playing scenarios, discussions, and group games to practice specific social skills
This group is offered for elementary and middle school age groups (separated by age)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
A group that teaches skills to help manage intense emotions and improve relationships
DBT focuses on four skills, known as the "four pillars" of DBT therapy:
Mindfulness: Being fully aware and present in the moment
Distress tolerance: Understanding and managing emotions in stressful situations without harmful behaviors
Interpersonal effectiveness: Asking for needs and setting boundaries while respecting others
Emotion regulation: Understanding and having more control over emotions

Children of divorced/separated parents
A support group for youth and adolescents with separated parents
This group is offered for elementary and middle school aged groups
Bereavement
A type of mutual support group that can help people cope with grief and loss
This group is offered for elementary, middle school, high school, and young adult age groups (separated by age)
Self-Esteem/Body Image
A group that helps improve self-esteem by addressing low confidence, low self-worth, and other related issues to body image
Groups may cover topics such as how body image and self-esteem are influenced by factors like peers, social media, and upbringing. They may also discuss how to manage these influences and how to prioritize well-being

Seeking Safety
A group for those with a history of trauma and a pattern of unsafe behaviors and/or addictions
This group aims to help individuals achieve safety by focusing on present-focused coping skills, addressing cognitive, behavioral, interpersonal, and case management aspects of their lives, all while prioritizing safety as the overarching goal
This group is offered for high school ages and young adults (separated by age)
Parent Support and Skills Groups
A support and skills group to help parents facing challenges with their children feel less isolated, share concerns, receive emotional support, learn coping strategies, and gain valuable insights from others' experiences
Life Skills
A group to help improve independent living skills. Life skills include a range of psychosocial and interpersonal skills
Groups include a structured setting where individuals can learn and practice essential skills for daily living, including communication, problem-solving, decision-making, stress management, emotional regulation, and social interaction, aimed at improving their overall well-being and ability to navigate life challenges
